Hi! My name is Darren Clark.  I am the owner and operator of weldtrucks.com. With help and support from my wife Miranda, we are a family owned business out of a small town in Minnesota.  

As said above, my name is Darren Clark. I enjoy welding, building, and creating new things. I am a self taught welder that spent time as a pipefitter and welder for a local mine. I currently have a full time job working shift work and create and build in my spare time. My eventual goal is to be able to build this into a larger company and create full time. Thanks for taking the time to get to know me. 

I created this company out of my love for welding and creating new things.  I spent several hours learning to weld on scrap pieces of metal that were tossed in the trash, and one day thought it would be alot more fun to build something worth keeping instead of just trashing it. I also have a love and interest in working on and building cars and trucks, so why not put the two together! 

Though these kits are not made specifically for kids, we at weldtrucks.com believe we need to get more kids away from their phones and get them into creating, building, and learning new skills. Our weld trucks are a fun way to get them started and the possibilities are endless on what you or they could do with them. Let's get welding together!!
